In October and for the second time round now since 2002, ATHOS Elektrosysteme GmbH was awarded with the "BSH" Bosch und Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH Supplier's Award 2008.

In their capacity as one of the largest, world-renown household appliance manufacturers, Bosch und Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH selected and awarded ATHOS for impressive performance in innovation, quality, reliability and flexibility.

Worldwide leaders in automatic rewinding systems for cables, water and high-pressure hoses, ATHOS Elektrosysteme GmbH headquartered in Germany develops complete systems for a selection of different rewinding system applications. The ATHOS ranges of products are thus implemented in floor cleaning and floor care devices such as vacuum and steam cleaners, in food processing appliances, ironing systems, office and computer furniture as well as in high-pressure washers and cleaners.

We work in close cooperation with our customers and are well aware of their economic targets and objectives. At the same time, flexibility, reliability and quality are unconditional requirements to ensure we can effectively stand our ground amongst our competitors. To be selected for this particular award by such an important customer is both a considerable privilege and an honour. Simultaneously, we also consider it an incentive and a true commitment“, Rainer Ehlert, CEO of ATHOS Elektrosysteme GmbH (2nd left) was very pleased to state during the awarding ceremony held on the 09.10.2008 in Munich when, together with project director Frank Werthwein (2nd right), he representatively accepted the award for the entire ATHOS Team.
